Food that knows
where it comes from
Cúinne Kitchen started with a simple idea — take the best of what Ireland grows, rears and catches, and cook it with care and without fuss.
Head chef Aoife Brennan trained in Dublin and Lyon before coming home to Cork with a clear vision: honest food that reflects where we are and what the season offers.
"Cúinne — the Irish word for corner. We're tucked into a small corner of the city, and that's exactly how we like it."
